This system is created exclusively for managing student organizational financial transactions, including collection records, payment monitoring, and receipt tracking. The platform is intended for authorized officers and members of the organization only.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Sharing passwords, accounts, or access with unauthorized individuals is strictly prohibited. Any suspicious activity may lead to account suspension.
All payment entries recorded in the system serve as organizational documentation only. System-generated receipts are NOT considered official university receipts. For official receipts, users must coordinate with the organization’s assigned treasurer.
While the organization strives to maintain accurate financial records, encoding errors may occur. Users must immediately report discrepancies to the Finance Officer or Treasurer.
The organization and system developers shall not be held liable for damages, data loss, or misuse caused by unauthorized access, user negligence, or technical issues beyond reasonable control.
Accounts may be suspended or permanently disabled if a user violates these Terms and Conditions, engages in fraudulent activity, or attempts to manipulate financial records.
The organization reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the system constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
By logging into and using the system, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
