CHALLENGES AND SOLUTIONS

The activity encountered several challenges that affected its implementation. One major difficulty was the rejection of the initial theme proposal, which required the organizers to revise and adjust their plans. Encouraging student participation and securing commitment from potential leaders also took considerable time and effort, particularly in motivating students to step forward and engage actively in the committee search process.

Another challenge was the high number of first-year students involved in the committees. While their limited experience raised initial concerns, this situation also provided a valuable opportunity for leadership training and growth. With the guidance and mentorship of committee heads, these students were able to begin developing essential leadership skills that will benefit them throughout their academic journey.

To address these challenges, it is recommended that all necessary approvals be secured before creating and releasing publication materials to avoid wasted time and resources. Holding face-to-face meetings with applicants is also advised to better assess their strengths, interests, and personalities while fostering stronger connections within committees. Furthermore, increasing the participation of third-year students is crucial to ensure continuity, as they can mentor junior members and prepare to assume senior leadership roles, supporting the organization's long-term stability and success.
