II.OUTCOMES


•The Teachers’ Day Celebration 2025 successfully honored the dedication, passion, and invaluable contributions of the teaching and non-teaching personnel of Bicol University Polangui. The activity fostered appreciation, strengthened faculty–student relationships, and promoted a positive and joyful campus atmosphere through interactive and engaging activities.


III.OVERVIEW OF THE ACTIVITY


•The Teachers’ Day Celebration 2025 was held on October 7, 2025, at the BU Polangui Gymnasium. The event was marked by an atmosphere filled with music, laughter, and gratitude as teachers and non-teaching staff took center stage in celebration of their service to the university.
•Organized collaboratively by the Math Tricksters’ Society (MTS), TLEaders’ League, Elementary Teachers’ Organization (ElemenTO), and English Club Organization (ECO), the program featured an interactive booth entitled “TEACHsing: Spell, Guess, Sing!”. This activity provided a creative and entertaining platform that challenged participants to showcase not only their intellect but also their confidence, rhythm, and performance skills.

IV.KEY RESULTS AND DISCUSSION
Key Results Achieved
•Successful conduct of a faculty-centered celebration with high participation and engagement.
•Implementation of the interactive booth “TEACHsing: Spell, Guess, Sing!”, which encouraged fun, creativity, and teamwork.
•Active participation of five teams—Red, Yellow, Green, Pink, and Blue—demonstrating enthusiasm and collaboration.
•Strengthened rapport between students, organizations, and faculty members.
Discussion, Challenges, and Lessons Learned
The activity highlighted the effectiveness of inter-organizational collaboration in delivering a meaningful and enjoyable program. Minor challenges related to time allotment and coordination were managed through teamwork and flexibility. The experience emphasized the value of planning engaging activities that balance entertainment with genuine appreciation.
