II.                OUTCOMES

·         The 𝐄𝐃𝐔𝐂 𝐂𝐑𝐀𝐅𝐓 𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐭𝐡 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 was successfully launched during the recently concluded EDUC FEST 2026 held on February 2–4, 2026. This initiative became possible through the collective effort, cooperation, and dedication of the TLEaders' League officers, committee heads, committee members, and all organization members who worked hand in hand to bring the project into reality.

·         The booth operated on February 2–3, 2026, attracting students, faculty members, and event participants who visited, supported, and purchased various handcrafted products. The activity successfully achieved its purpose by engaging members and generating funds for the organization, while also highlighting the creativity, innovation, and practical skills of our future educators.

·         The activity encouraged member participation and demonstrated that the organization has the capacity to manage its operations effectively when manpower is maximized. Members shared responsibilities across production, inventory, promotion, customer assistance, and documentation, ensuring the smooth flow of the booth’s operations.

·         Beyond sales and outputs, the activity strengthened camaraderie, teamwork, communication, and leadership among members. It also served as a learning experience, allowing members to apply skills in creativity, entrepreneurship, resource management, and collaboration—competencies essential for future educators and professionals.

·         The experience also brought attention to areas needing improvement, such as financial preparation, balanced task distribution, and better coordination with partners. These insights are expected to guide the planning and execution of future projects.

·         Overall, the EDUC CRAFT Booth 2026 was more than just an income-generating activity. It offered valuable lessons in teamwork, responsibility, problem-solving, patience, and dedication, while leaving a lasting impact on both the members and the organization as a whole. The success of this initiative sets the foundation for future projects, activities, and programs that will further develop the talents, skills, and unity of the TLEaders’ League.

III.             OVERVIEW OF THE ACTIVITY

·         The main objective of the activity was to engage members, generate funds for organizational projects, and serve as a platform for applying their skills in a real-world environment. The activity was intended to demonstrate members’ talents, enhance teamwork and organizational participation, gain experience in planning and execution, and promote the organization within the academic setting.

·         The scope of the activity involved preparation of materials, task assignment, actual implementation, and removal of the area after the completion of the activity. Officers and members collaborated to accomplish the necessary tasks, although some were undertaken by a few members in view of the limited availability of others.

·         The implementation of the activity involved collective participation of the organization. Members were assigned tasks for smooth implementation. The activity was accomplished despite the limited financial capability of the organization. The experience offered valuable lessons for improvement in future organizational projects and programs.

 

IV.              KEY RESULTS AND DISCUSSION


           
The event showed a high level of performance in terms of sales and financial returns. Many customers participated, leading to a good income, which shows the high level of performance of the organization. The award given for the output in design showed the creativity and ability of the members, with Ms. Merry receiving the award, which further improves the image of the organization.

 

            The use of adequate manpower in the process of setup and implementation ensured that the organization performed well, while the random selection of members and the tasks given ensured that the members worked as a team. Additionally, the availability of proper certification and regular attendance ensured that the organization’s professionalism was reinforced.

 

 

 

 


Challenges Encountered and Lessons Learned

 

            One of the biggest difficulties that were faced was the limited budget, which forced the members to contribute. Another issue was the lack of full participation, especially in the final part of the activity. The coordination with the project partner also had to be improved to facilitate better communication and implementation.

 

             Among the lessons that were learned from these challenges is the significance of proper preparation, delegation of tasks, and financial planning. The full participation of members and the maintenance of effective communication with project partners were also important in dealing with operational challenges. Teamwork, flexibility, and coordination in ensuring the smooth success of organizational activities were also significant lessons.

The evaluation results reflect a positive overall assessment of the TLeaders League’ Educ Craft Booth 2026, as evidenced by a Grand Mean of 4.62, which falls within the “Excellent” range based on the established rating scale (4.21-5.00). The findings were derived from the responses of fifty-one (51) evaluators, indicating a sufficient number of participants to provide a reliable assessment of the activity.

 

The criterion on the conduciveness and suitability of the activity’s venue obtained a weighted mean of 4.88, suggesting that most of the 51 evaluators found that the location of the booth was accessible and has enough space for the products as well as for the sales person in-charge and the costumers.

 

In terms of the quality of the products, a weighted mean of 4.71 was recorded. This shows that the products sold has a good quality, ensuring that the costumers expectations have met.

 

Meanwhile, the criterion on the accommodation of the TLeaders’ League Officers reached a 4.69 weighted mean. This reflects on the good approach, service, and marketing strategies of the officers and councilors in-charge in the booth.

 

The criterion on the appearance of the booth garnered a 4.45 weighted mean. This shows that the visual appeal, cleanliness, and arrangement of everything in the booth was well-organized.

 

Lastly, the rate for the overall experience of the evaluators obtained a weighted mean of 4.37, indicating that the collective response of the participants’ experience have met their expectations on the booth.

 

Overall, the consistently high ratings given by the 51 evaluators demonstrate that the TLE Craft Booth 2026 was well-planned, effectively managed, and excellent. The results affirm the organization’s competence in delivering an inclusive, engaging, and quality activities.

 

 

 

 

 

COMMENTS AND SUGGESTIONS:

 

            The feedback given by the evaluators serves as a significant guide in identifying the event’s strengths as well as the areas that need improvement for future TLE Educ Craft Booth and/or events. These comments and suggestions help the organizers determine which parts of the program were effective and which aspects require more immersion to ensure better execution in the future.

Most of the evaluators indicated neutral or no comments or suggestions, as reflected in responses such as “None,” “N/A,” “Good” and “Omki lang” which suggests general satisfaction with the execution and overall presentation.

However, there are some constructive suggestions were raised that point to areas for improvement. One of the evaluators commented that it would be better if there are more additional products to be sold. This reflects on the comment “It’s nice, better add more products.”

            Several students also expressed their satisfaction on the event, saying that they had fun during the event and was satisfied on the products sold. It reflected on the comments such as “I was overall satisfied with the activity conducted”, “ang cute po ng flowers”, “10/10”, and “I had fun time during the event and while I visited the booth”.     

Overall, the comments and suggestions reflects an excellent evaluation, which recognizes the TLE Craft Booth’ strengths while suggesting a constructive feedback that aims for improvement. These insights are important in providing valuable guidance for the upcoming events, particularly in strengthening the teamwork, enhancing the creativity, and improving the time management to achieve better outcomes on future events.
